Welcome to Suki. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trivia Date mobile application ("App") operated by Suki corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that someone under 16 has created an account, we will delete it.

2. Account registration

  • You sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account linked to those providers.

  • During setup, you provide a name, age, and zodiac sign for yourself and optionally for your partner.

  • You agree to provide accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading details.

3. What the App does

Trivia Date is a trivia-style game designed for couples. The App provides question packs (for example, Icebreaker, Spicy, This or That, Good Vibes Only, and Light & Playful) that you play through together. Some packs are free; others require a paid subscription or purchase.

All question content is created by us. Users do not submit, upload, or publish content visible to other users.

4. Subscriptions and purchases

Pricing and access

  • Certain question packs and features are available only through a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

  • Pricing and available plans are displayed in the App before you complete a transaction.

Billing

  • Purchases on iOS are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases on Android may be processed through Google Play or Stripe and are subject to their respective terms.

  • Subscription management (including auto-renewal settings) is handled through RevenueCat and your device's app store settings.

Refunds

  • We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact the app store through which you made the purchase (Apple or Google). Refund eligibility is determined by their policies.

Free mode

  • We may offer a free tier with limited content. We reserve the right to change what is included in the free tier at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App

  • Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App or its infrastructure

  • Access (or attempt to access) another user's account

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers against the App

  • Circumvent any payment, access-control, or security mechanisms

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users or our systems.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the App — including questions, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

Your use of the App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time by going to Settings → Delete Account inside the App. When you delete your account:

  • Your profile data is permanently removed from our systems, subject to reasonable backup retention periods and legal requirements.

  • Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled by account deletion. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings before deleting your account.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Trivia Date is an entertainment product. It is not a substitute for professional relationship, psychological, or medical advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages from reliance on any content in the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

10. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services including Supabase, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above. If changes are material, we may notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, Quebec , without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
